Drink Water- staying hydrated can make your bowel movements softer and easier to expel. Aim for ½ your weight in ounces of water per day.
Increase Fiber - fiber cleans out the colon by adding bulk to our stool and maintaining regularity. Increase plant foods such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, whole grains, nuts, and seeds. Aim for at least 25-30g of fiber per day.
