Will the Nut Zoomer detect sensitivity to peanuts?

No. The Nut Zoomer is designed to detect sensitivity to commonly consumed tree nuts, but not to peanuts. Peanuts belong to the legume family, and are, therefore, in a separate category of nuts. If you wish to test the most comprehensive reactivity to nuts, consider running a Nut Zoomer and a Peanut Zoomer together. If I am sensitive to one nut but not others, is it safe to eat nuts I am not sensitive to?

While it is theoretically safe to consume nuts you are not reactive or sensitive to, because of heavy cross-contamination in food manufacturing and processing facilities, it may be difficult to eat nuts that are safe from contamination of other nuts.
